The "EN" series was introduced in 2009 as an overhaul of the existing Nemesis line, replacing previous prefixes like "N" or "NC". This specific model was manufactured shortly before U.S. Music Corp (Eden's parent company at the time) discontinued the Nemesis brand in 2010 to consolidate budget models under the main Eden trademark. The Nemesis line was developed as a more affordable, lightweight alternative to Eden’s high-end World Tour series. It was designed to deliver the signature "Eden Sound"—characterised by clarity and punch—at a lower price point for working musicians and students. The EN15 features a "Kick-back" cabinet design, allowing it to be tilted upward like a stage monitor for better projection on small stages. The "Enhance" Control is a staple of Eden design; it simultaneously boosts lows and highs while cutting mids to provide a "pre-shaped" modern bass tone with a single knob. Unlike many competitors in its price range, the Nemesis series used AA void-free plywood rather than particle board, contributing to its durability and resonant tone. The unit features built-in AGC (Automatic Gain Control) compression to prevent clipping and smooth out transients.
