This vintage Epiphone Riviera is a high-quality semi-hollow guitar, made in the golden era of Japanse craftasmanship. Unlike the more common mid-80s Japanese Rivieras that used full-sized humbuckers (Maxon MMK-61), the W/MH models were a "vintage-correct" throwback to the original 1960s specifications. These instruments are widely considered on par with Gibson's USA-made semi-hollow models of the same period, having gained legendary status due to their heavy use by Noel Gallagher and Bonehead of Oasis during the recording of Definitely Maybe and What’s The Story Morning Glory.
