• Fingerboard: Rosewood with 22 frets
• Scale Length: 24.75" (Traditional Gibson scale)
• Pickups: Maxon U-1000 "PAF" style medium-output pickups
• Hardware: Nickel

Comments:

The Mirage was a joint design venture between Ibanez and Greco in the mid-1970s. While known globally as the Ibanez Iceman, the model was branded as the Mirage for the Japanese domestic market. This model was Greco's attempt to break away from copying American designs like the Stratocaster or Les Paul. These guitars were made in the same FujiGen factory as the Ibanez Iceman; the only real difference is the branding and distribution rights. The body shape gained worldwide fame through Paul Stanley of KISS, who famously played the Ibanez-branded version. The M-700 was a high-tier model, typically featuring set-neck construction, which provides superior sustain compared to bolt-on versions.
