The instrument comes with written verification from Warwick GmbH confirming that it was supplied to Jack Bruce in 1994. It also includes a signed statement from Malcolm Bruce, Jack's son, verifying that the bass was owned and played by his father before being gifted to Jack's close friend, David Colvin, a musician and collaborator with whom Jack worked extensively during the later years of his career.
The bass is signed by Jack Bruce on the face and is accompanied by an appraisal from Gruhn Guitars.
